Cleaning is where we get in the door, not where we stop. From the first night, the machine is ours to run and the building is yours to walk into.
The people who own this company are the people who answer you. There is no account manager between us, and no handing you along. A young couple from here, building the company we would want to hire.
Spent three years in the VIP restaurant at the Riu Touareg, a five-star, 1,181-room resort in Boa Vista, Cape Verde. The work was guests in front of her the whole shift, and a room that had to be set and reset to the same standard before every service. By the end she was training the new staff to hold it. That is the standard she holds us to now.
Cleaned at night through 2022 — real estate offices and bank branches, often in the same day, on top of a full-time job. This company comes from that. Night after night on the same tasks, it became clear which parts a machine should be doing, and which parts always needed a person.
That is the whole idea. A floor robot does the repetitive work that eats a crew's night, which means the hours our people have left go where buildings are actually judged: the restrooms, the kitchen, the glass, the finish somebody notices. One monthly price covers all of it.
We start with the cleaning. Then we look at how much open floor you have and how the space is used through the day. Where a machine earns its keep, we bring one. Where it would spend the night idle, we say so, and the crew does the work.
When a machine fits, it works overnight while the building is empty, so the floors are done before your day starts. A dirty floor is never the reason we send someone, and our crew's time goes to the detail.
Everything below is included in the monthly price and agreed before we start, so you always know exactly what you have.
Supplies. We buy and bring everything we clean with, at our cost. The paper, soap and towels your people use are on your account, and we keep them stocked so you never get the call.
We clean the non-clinical side of a hospital, at night, while the corridors are quiet: hallways, lobbies, waiting areas, cafeterias, administrative offices and stairwells. These are the largest floors in the building and the ones everybody walks across, which is exactly where an autonomous scrubber earns its keep.
Patient rooms, operating theatres, isolation areas, and anything involving biohazard or sharps. That work belongs to a clinical team with its own protocols and its own training, and we will say so rather than learn it on your building.
If you already have an environmental services team for the clinical floors, we take everything else off their plate, so their hours go where only they can go.
We are not tied to one brand, so nothing pushes us toward the wrong machine — and because the machine stays ours, we are the ones who pay for getting it wrong. We check each option ourselves against what matters here: how reliable it is, whether it can be serviced in Massachusetts, and whether it suits your floors. When something better reaches the market, we bring you that instead. Finding the right machine and running it is the service.
The floors are the first machine, not the last. Once we are running your building, we bring in each new one on the day it starts paying for itself, found, checked and operated for you.
One predictable price, a space that stays clean and hygienic, and a clear path forward instead of a one-off service. You get the two things a building actually runs on: a standard that holds every night, and a monthly report to show for it.
The robot takes the repetitive floor work. Our people move to higher-value work and grow into robot operators. The job gets better, it does not get removed.
Show us your building and we will tell you honestly what a machine can do there, and what it cannot. Thirty minutes, no charge, and no pressure either way.
